1. Job description: Teach students majored in Architecture Engineering . Courses include bullding material, applied construction mathematics etc.

2. Contract Duration:From September,2017 ,one year contract (can be extended)

3. Working and Accommodation Places: on campus, free apartment with two rooms, including all bills

4. Workload: 12-14 classes, 45mintues/class,Monday to Friday, 2 days off on weekends, Chinese public holiday off,one month winter holiday,two month summer holiday

5. Students Age:18-22

Benefits:
1. Monthly Salary:12000-14000,negotiable
2. Housing: apartment with bedroom, living room, study, kitchen, washing room, internet, Television and all bills included. This type of accommodation is valued at 3000 RMB per month.

3. Free Air Ticket: round-trip ticket for each year at the end of contract or 8000 reimbursement,2000travelling allowance

4. Medical insurance: paid by the school.
5. We will assist you in obtaining the necessary work visa and resident permit. As well as paying for your medical check in China.

Requirements:
1.Degree:bachlor or above
2.Two years working experience (if not, should be TEFL or TESOL certificated)
3.non-criminal record
