Candidates currently located in Shanghai is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Search, select, develop, and manage various suppliers;
• Prepare request for quotation (RFQ) and submit purchase order (PO);
• Analyze and evaluate the reasonable price of the item and negotiate the price;
• Track and expedite the status of any orders to meet the required delivery schedule;
• Monitor/evaluate supplier delivery and quality performance;
• Negotiate long term and short term agreements/contracts;
• Maintain competitive pricing and quality;
• Examine continuous cost reduction activities;
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with a minimum of 2 years of work experience;
• Preferably from Europe, North America, Australia, or Philippines;
• Must be adaptable, flexible and responsive;
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledges (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English, preferible bilingual or trilingual;
• Chinese language must be up to HSK5.
