1.To communicate and work together with Engel (worldwide) processing and application departments to become familiar with and be able to offer full technical support of all Engel processes and technologies.
2.To support sales with the machine specification, introduce new technologies to the customer and present ENGEL at technology seminars.
3.To support customer mold tests either within the Engel factories or at customer’s locations as needed. This includes the coordination with the customer, installation of equipment, testing of the mold and preparing after completion a detailed report.
4.To specify the required machine size and additional equipment for the customer application.
5.To cooperate with material and auxiliary equipment manufacturers in China and Asia in regards to processing and development of technologies.
6.To support Engel customers with process optimization for production and trouble shooting. That includes machine and process training.
7.To work independently with the customer or project partners.
8.To be responsible for complete projects from the development stage to the final production stage.
