1. Management of all foreign teachers and teachers' daily work.
2. Responsible for the collection and editor of existing and future formation of the curriculum, required weekly progress report to the leader;
3. Weekly training for all teachers in the kindergarten, the details will be approved by the principal;
4.  Have foreign teachers’ meetings once a week, every Monday attend the meetings with other teachers and pass the information to the foreign teachers;
5.  Inspect and guide all the teacher’s job on daily basis, record and resolve their problems;
6.  Help the principal to check the teachers ‘s paper work, teaching, classroom environment layout work, parents work, etc.;
7. Help principal to make the working plan of internal and external teach term, event planning, etc.;
8. Coordinate the teachers daily job;
9. Teach in class in case any foreign teachers take leave;
10. Provide candidates requirements to recruit foreign teachers, take care of teachers' interview, selection, termination, evaluation, etc.;
11. Organize the edition of the Year book from May to July every year.
12. Making the promotional planning, production, publishing work (eg: Web,wechat, blog, etc.);
13. Attending meetings at the Education group or education department , and is responsible for communicating to relevant personnel.
14. Can accept felixable arrangements needed to work in the kindergarten.
15. Oversee completion of teachers paperwork; (lesson plans, monthly reports, feedback etc).
16. Evaluate teachers performance and monitor lessons and provide analysis and suggestions for improvement.
16. Organise and plan events and activities throughout the semester.
17. Provide guidance on creating the school environment both in and out of the class. Collect and organise materials and resources for the classrooms.
