Responsibilities：
 Set executable audio standards for products
 Independently responsible for the whole process, continuously improve and enhance the audio experience, control the overall quality of the game audio
 Ensure that the audio you responsible for meet the quality requirements from the preliminary design to the final presentation
 In-depth attention to the soundtrack, the overall audio experience of the game. Guide the team to put forward optimized solutions for the cooperation of sound effects and music

Skills：
 At least 8 years experience in audio production and more than 5 years experience in game audio designer;
 Graduated from music related majors, with deep professional skills and design foundation; Understand the basic acoustic concepts and principles, the principles of various effectors, basic recording knowledge, basic concept of foley, etc;
 Participate in at least one complete full cycle 0-1 game project development experience;
 Proficient in any professional audio software, skillfully use the effector, be able to design and produce various sound effect samples with software and materials, have mixing experience, have the ability to complete the whole process of music production by one person (i.e. from composition and arrangement to mixing master tape)
 Have a good taste in game music, can accurately and quickly grasp the needs of various styles, have excellent composing, arranging and mixing capabilities, have a high level of MIDI production, and have a complete full-process sound production creation experience
 Have a deep understanding of game sound engines (such as FMOD, Wwise), game music playback rules design, proficient in any mainstream DAW; familiar with basic VST plug-in; familiar with the operation and process of any sound middleware
 Continuously pay attention to and understand the industry trends, have an excellent sense of art in audio, have a sense of responsibility, dare to face challenges, strong execution ability, and have high quality requirements for the completion of your own work;
 Have excellent artistic literacy, and be good at interpreting various reference and conceptual art. Have solid appreciation and understanding of sound effects in ancient wars, have a wide understanding of technology
 Passionate about game audio, sound effects, and music design, with excellent communication skills and teamwork skills
 Actively involve in technical and engine iteration, promote communication transparency and professional learning culture within the team
 Excellent time and priority management
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team management skills
