This ideal candidate will support the sales team on Barcode, Wireless, and RFID solutions. To do business process study of customer operations, develop suitable solutions, and define the SRS for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to customer queries and product issues timely and accurately, via telephone, email, or short messages.
• To coordinate internally with Product Managers to deliver on-time results to clients.
• To give solution presentations and solution design, and proposal development.
• To demonstrate business benefits and value to customers, maintain and manage customer relationships.
• To understand customers’ business & technical requirements (problem statement) & translate them into cost-efficient solutions (problem-solving capability).
• To handle after-sales service for product problem consultation, incoming and outgoing logistics management, and departmental documentation.
• To use the latest products and technologies for Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC), and develop strategic business with available technology platforms.

Qualifications:

• Engineering College Degree or Equitant Degree, ECE will be preferred.
• 5 years of proven pre-sales experience opportunities at various levels.
• Communication and coordination skills, carefulness, and responsibility for work.
• An ability to work well under pressure. Good customer service awareness and expression skills.
• Experience in creating and drafting technical proposals/SOW/Work Contracts for Technical Assessment, Solution, and Customer Experience Design.
• Experience & knowledge in AIDC/Automation/IOT/Wireless Wi-Fi industrial Solutions/Barcode Solutions /RFID/ Mobility/Software.
• Experience in market verticals of manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
• Pre-sales experience in performing Proof of Concept (POC), RFP, etc.
• Experience in custom software development projects, ERP, etc.
• Willingness to travel.
