2. Plan and write the scripts for short videos, edit to finish from time to time, relevant experiences in media production, story and script writing are highly desired;
3. Have the ability to spot the latest trend, hot topic; plan and finish high quality deliverables accordingly;
4. Collect user data and reviews, conduct comprehensive analysis and make adjustments when necessary; actively make improvements and iterations to ensure health increase of members, their active participation, and prevent attrition;
5. Conduct social media campaigns, have experiences with major platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Discord etc.
