Primary responsibilities:
‒ Develop and execute the overall strategic content community management plan;
‒ Create content for community and manage community content and content creators. This includes text content, education-focused video, activities, discussions around courses, and other formats;
‒ Build community growth and engagement across our website, community forums, and social channels;
‒ Research topics and trends, create engaging and informative content to increase traffic, engagement and sales;
‒ Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies;
‒ Monitor and manage community engagement to maintain brand integrity and build relationships with content creators, community moderators, community members and the key industry players;
‒ Develop and manage a strong and reliable network of content creators.

Qualifications:
‒ Native Russian language speaker, fluent English;
‒ 3+ years experience in community marketing and content creation;
‒ Experience working with highly passionate and diverse communities;
‒ Residing in China, Shanghai;
‒ Higher education and compliance with other requirements for obtaining a work visa in China;
‒ Excellent copywriting skills in Russian and English, spanning a variety of marketing and editorial channels for a range of audiences;
‒ A creative mind and an obsession with content, social media and digital marketing, SEO.
‒ Experience writing informative and educational content;
‒ Comfortable talking and writing about adult industry and sex education;
‒ Curious and nurturing in your approach to building an online community;
‒ Nice personality, eager to learn and grow.
