• 1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing or other related majors;
• 2. good command of English, listening, reading and writing, and proficiency in Russian;
• 3. experience in working with resources in Russia or Central Asia;
• 4. strong communication and negotiation skills, strong sense of service, not afraid of challenges;
• 5. good at maintaining customers, timely understanding of customer needs;
