Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the user life cycle operation in Iran, including but not limited to the development of hierarchical strategies based on user characteristics and user value, and the enhancement of user life cycle value through operational means;
2. Conduct data analysis regularly, participate in user research, analyze user data, provide user insight and optimize content operation mode accordingly; Linkage of multiple scenarios and services to improve key indicators;
3. Planned user-related activities, including activity planning, copywriting, activity function development demand output, activity resource coordination, online implementation, effect evaluation, etc.;
4, according to the characteristics of users in Iran, cooperate with the construction and improvement of user content system, meet the needs of users at different levels of platforms, and match the appropriate content for different scenarios for users;
5, regular research and review, continue to dig user needs, in-depth understanding of user behavior, value and active management of users at different levels, optimize platform experience and product function modules.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Arabic and Persian;
2. Have a high interest in the operation of live streaming platforms, have the accumulation of Internet platform gameplay, and have data sensitivity;
3, have Iran study or work experience is preferred, understand the Iranian culture, have the local Internet industry work experience or Internet industry sense.
