Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in supporting the Principal in the overall administration of the school and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs in line with the US curriculum standards.
• Provide leadership in curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment methods.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with the faculty to promote continuous improvement in instructional practices.
• Oversee student discipline and welfare, ensuring a safe and nurturing school environment.
• Engage with parents and the community to build partnerships that enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in education leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in an international school setting.
• Up to date license in school administration.
• Strong understanding of the US educational system and curriculum.
Working Conditions:
• This position may require flexible working hours, including some weekends and evenings.
• Participation in school events and activities is expected.
