Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the overall operation plan of the overseas encrypted instant messaging+digital asset wallet project APP, improving user retention, activity, and conversion rates, and taking responsibility for the results;
2. Improve user profiles, optimize user segmentation models, develop daily operational strategies and implement them, and improve retention rates through innovative and effective retention strategies;
3. Research user behavior, insight into user needs, based on data mining growth points, effectively utilize different operational tools for rapid experimental verification, and achieve business goals at different stages;
4. Establish a core operational indicator system with growth as the goal, analyze business and user dimensions, identify growth opportunities, and develop corresponding plans;
5. The construction and operation of a user growth system, including user growth guidance, honors, incentives, etc., to enhance user growth capabilities.
