Basic Info

1. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2. Student level: Primary school students, Grades 1-6;

Job Description

1. Coordinating homeroom teachers for class rules, classroom decoration, etc.;
2. Organizing extracurricular activities, events, IPC fair, etc.;
3. Communicating with parents regarding upcoming events or changes in schedule;
4. Coordinating students’ assessments;
5. Collecting teaching materials and teaching plans;
6. Supporting the school’s marketing department;

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Education or other related majors preferred);
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. A minimum Three years of previous full-time teaching experience;
5. A minimum two years of previous management role experience preferred;
6. Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies;
7. QTS/PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates are highly preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary range from 35,000 to 40,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
2. Monthly comprehensive allowance 8,000 RMB in addition provided (pre-tax, no fapiao needed);
3. One month free hotel accommodation provided before onboard;

7. Relocation allowance up to 15,000 RMB (For shipping purpose only, Fapiao needed);
