We are looking for a unique skill set. Proficiency in graphic and web-related design is required, but also an interest in the creative process and in all aspects of digital marketing, advertising, branding, product development and key involvement in ongoing marketing projects. This is a creative role within a marketing context, and if proven capable, the possibility of managing employees/interns.

This role will require strong design skills for both creative and technical applications (meaning both software skills and the ability to develop a concept), understanding of digital marketing, strong time management and troubleshooting skills, and an interest in being part of a young, dynamic company with consistent year-over-year growth. The possibility of promotions and a career path exist for team members that are committed to bringing value to the company and themselves.

Core Responsibilities:
• Creative and design responsibilities within the Marketing Department
• Ability to lead design projects
• Create visuals and UX design for website and social media channels
• Product development and packaging design
• Design printed/digital promotional material (brochures, posters, retail signage, online banners, etc.)
• Design branding for merchandising items (product displays, window graphics, in-store displays, etc.)
• Some website content management and editing
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Minimum of 3-years relevant experience in graphic design positions
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma
• UI / UX design experience
• WordPress knowledge
• Basic project management skills
• Proficient in English (writing and speaking)
• Goal oriented and self-motivated, ability to recognize weaknesses in current systems and processes
• Experience in website development and SEO understanding is a plus
