Chongqing High Sch is looking for Economics Teacher

Start Date: 1st week Aug 2024

Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Mon to Fri only, rest on weekend

Students Age Group: 13-18 yrs old, class size: 1--25 students per class

Contract Length have to be 2 years with 2 months of probation

- Native & Non Native acceptable but MUST HAVE VERY GOOD ACCENT
- Bachelor & Above, Major must be related to Economics with 2 years related subject on IGCSE or A-Level curriculum PGCE or PGCEI preferred
•Passionate and knowledgeable teachers of their subject;
•Central to the pastoral provision in the school and aware of the
pastoral welfare of all students with whom they come into contact;
•Committed to the co-curricular programme by sharing with the
students’ area(s) in which they have a particular interest and
through providing academic extension and enrichment activities.
•Support prep, recruiting or marketing events;

Welfare and Benefits
Salary range 27K—33K/month pre-tax (based on teaching experience)
Allowance Housing: 4.5—5.5K/month pre-tax (based on the family situation)
Flight: 10K/Academic year
Relocation allowance (based on the family situation)
Insurance Free medical insurance (NOT cover dependents)
Holidays
⚫ Public Chinese holidays;
⚫ Midterm breaks in November and April (which may or may not coincide with Easter);
⚫ Christmas and New Year holiday;
⚫ Full payment summer and winter vacation.
Others
⚫ 5 nights hotel reimbursement when relocation to Chongqing(up to 1500RMB);
⚫ Apartment hunting support;
⚫ working visa support and reimbursement occurred in China (includes dependents’);
⚫ Overseas visa cost reimbursed applicants only, excludes dependents’;
⚫ Children tuition policy;
⚫ Overseas candidates shall receive free ticket for the first
flight coming to China, including dependents'-- economy,standard baggage allowance.
