Supply Chain Business Development (BD) Position (Cross-border & Footwear & Apparel Direction)

Job Description:
1、Design customized end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions based on customer business needs, integrate resources across departments, and ensure delivery to customers.
2、Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze the essence of problems, and commercialize demand scenarios through knowledge in business, logistics, and supply chain to achieve annual sales targets.
3、Analyze the current industry status, characteristics, and market demands to achieve scalable revenue growth.
4、Establish stable cooperative relationships with top brand companies and enhance the influence of Cainiao's domestic supply chain in the industry.

Position Requirements:
1、Over 5 years of experience in supply chain/ logistics with mature sales methods.
2、Capable of mining market pain points and opportunities through industry, merchant, and market data; preference for familiarity with cross-border or apparel industries.
3、Possess a high degree of business acumen, experience in data-driven operations, and sensitivity to data, understanding the operational methods driven by data.
4、Priority given to those with operational experience in various logistics elements such as overseas warehouses, international mainlines, and cross-border customs for imports.
5、Have logical thinking abilities for business, customers, products, and solutions, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
