Job responsibilities：
1. Expand the market： Responsible for searching and establishing international market resources, seeking new trade opportunities and markets, and expanding the company's market share;
2. Business management：Based on the company's strategic layout, develop annual work plans for overseas local teams, supervise their implementation and execution, and be responsible for the operation and management of local sales representative offices;
3. Team building：Responsible for building the local sales team, optimizing personnel, and building the system;
Job requirements：
Language requirement: Fluent in both Chinese and English;
Work experience：More than 3 years of experience in business expansion and resource development, with priority given to leading a sales team; Familiar with market development and order processing processes in international trade;
Stress resistance：Having a certain level of stress resistance and adaptability, able to cope with various situations and challenges in work;
Teamwork：Having a team spirit, able to work together with colleagues, coordinate and solve problems, and achieve common goals;
