Job Description:
For Wine business in China:
1. In charge of the company's sales business of wine in China;
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining key catering channel customers (star rated hotels, major clients, etc.);
3. Based on the company's business strategy, develop sales policies and procedures, and achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/yearly;
4. Manage and develop the company's sales team based on business development;
5. Work location: Shanghai (this position is sales related and does not require daily on-site in the office)
Qualification requirements:
1. Have WSET level 3 or above or corresponding WINE knowledge!!!
2. English as the working language, fluent in spoken English!!! (Required items, do not submit if not met!)
3. Strong team management skills
4. Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to work proactively and actively
6. Strong ambition and the ability to develop rapidly with the company's growth
7. Love life, love fine wine and food
8. Italian is preferred
Salary and benefits: Basic salary+sales commission+team management award (no upper limit!)
