Senior Sourcing Engineer:
A. The first person responsible for the procurement business of the project team, organize and promote the end-to-end management of the procurement business of the project team, and be responsible for the quality, quantity and timely delivery of subcontracted resources, including but not limited to:
1.Responsible for organizing and promoting the formulation of procurement plans;
2. Integrated the project procurement requirements, managed and ensured the progress of supplier certification and supplier selection according to the requirements, and ensured the timely disclosure of procurement contracts;
3. Responsible for supplier resource guarantee, guided suppliers to expand and reserve resources through high-level meetings of suppliers, improved production flexibility, ensured the availability of resources on time, quality and quantity, and met the demand for project subcontracting resources;
4. Responsible for organizing supplier performance management, implementing project and service procurement PO issuance, promoting acceptance and payment issues;
5. Responsible person for handling supplier problems, including supplier resource quality, sub-contract supply shortage and other problems, and timely upgrade to the supplier senior management to solve major problems and emergencies.
B. At the same time, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of project supply to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project supply and the conformity of accounts and facts:
1. Develop supply, deliverable, efficient and low-cost supply solutions according to project demand and supply capacity, and manage the implementation to ensure the delivery of supply solutions;
2. Responsible for the acquisition and management of warehousing and logistics resources to ensure the supply of materials
3. Responsible for supply resource management, guiding supplier capability preparation and resource guarantee to ensure timely delivery of projects;
4. Responsible for installation and arrival plan integration;
5. Responsible for physical supply security, end to end cargo management, and ensure the consistency of project accounts. Skills: 1. Good communication and coordination ability and team spirit;

3, can use OA, ERP system, skilled use of Word, Excel and other application software, PPT and other software to make training courseware;
4, strong learning ability, can quickly grasp new knowledge;
