**Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of the high-end porcelain store in Dubai.
- Conduct product presentations and internal training on porcelain products.
- Oversee the display and presentation of porcelain products in the store, ensuring alignment with the brand image.
- Organize events for high-end clients to enhance the store's and brand's visibility in the local market.
- Maintain relationships with high-end clients.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock promptly, and ensure the stability of the supply chain.
- Regularly report sales performance to the owner, provide market feedback, and offer improvement suggestions.

**Job Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in arts, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in art sales; experience in art presentations is preferred, especially in Chinese art.
- **Language Skills:** Proficient and fluent in English, with strong communication and training abilities in art products.
- **Professional Skills:** Knowledge of the porcelain industry is preferred; should have a certain level of artistic appreciation and cultural knowledge.
- **Management Skills:** Strong team leadership and execution capabilities, with a keen ability to learn and train others on product knowledge.
- **Personal Qualities:** High sense of responsibility, dedication, and customer service orientation; capable of handling emergencies.
- **Location:** Willing to work long-term in Dubai and adapt to an international work environment and cultural differences.
- **Other Requirements:** Must be a domestic candidate with a valid work visa and passport for overseas employment. Should have good learning abilities, capable of continuously updating knowledge and enhancing personal skills.
