Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified High School ESL Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons, focusing on conversational English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic ESL lessons for students high school levels.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching practices.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Education, Linguistics, etc.) is preferred.
- TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred.
- No criminal record.
- Prior teaching experience in China is an advantage, with a preference for 2 years of relevant experience.
Weekly Schedule:
- 4.5 working days: Monday through Friday morning.
- 2.5 days off: Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday.
- 20 teaching classes per week.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including office hours.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 28K-32K RMB per month before tax, with half pay during winter and summer holidays.
