1. Developing new agents and maintaining good relationship with existing overseas agents by promoting our strength in both sea and air freight
2. Managing and optimizing customer resources to provide high-qualified customer service as logistics chain expert for agents and clients
3. Training and leading the whole team in same trade in each branch to improve the trade performance and achieve the target
4. Guiding the team to optimize buying rates as well as supplier system to secure competitiveness
5. Assisting the Trade Director to run the trade in whole system including sourcing and selling
