We’re on the Hunt for a Native English Homeroom Teacher!
Meilanfang Kindergarten, a warm and welcoming educational haven in the heart of Shanghai’s Baoshan district, is seeking two passionate and experienced native English speakers to join our close-knit family. If you’re a teacher with a heart for children and a love for teaching, we want you on our team for a rewarding long-term collaboration.
Job Overview:
• Teaching Hours: 40 hours per week, with daily interaction with our young learners.
Key Job Characteristics:
• A background in child education with over 2 years of experience.
• A strong and confident presence to manage and guide children effectively.
• A structured approach to pedagogy that fosters learning and growth.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools to enhance classroom engagement.
• A patient demeanor and a strong affinity for working with children.
• A team player who thrives in an international and collaborative environment.
• An open-minded communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching in a kindergarten setting.
• Creativity and ability to develop educational applications for use on iPads and similar devices.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as required by the school’s schedule.
• The ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, demonstrating strong influencing skills.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education
Salary Package: 28,000 to 32,000 RMB per month
Accommodation:free accommodation provided
Weekly Teaching Hours: 8 classes
Vacation Details:
- Winter and Summer vacations 8 weeks
