Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven B2B International Sales Manager to join our team at our factory in Hangzhou, China. This is a front-end sales leadership role where you will nurture long-term relationships with global retailers and manage inbound leads from smaller, owner-operated businesses. You will leverage LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and phone calls to build strong connections with key decision-makers, ensuring successful sales conversions and ongoing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Actively nurture and manage relationships with large global retailers like The Home Depot and LIDL, focusing on long-term product development cycles (2-3 years).
Utilize LinkedIn and other digital platforms to engage, follow up, and build trust with potential and existing customers.

Lead Follow-up & Conversion:
Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from Alibaba B2B Marketplace and other channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to new inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and LinkedIn.

Sales Leadership:
Collaborate with the back-end sales team to ensure smooth processing of RFQs.
Drive the sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities and closing deals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with the 3-person marketing department to create targeted campaigns and materials for potential clients.
Coordinate with the back-end sales team (5 members) to streamline sales processes and customer handovers.

Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in international markets.
Proven ability to nurture long-term business relationships, particularly with large retail chains.
Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and phone for business communication.
Experience in working with e-commerce resellers, distributors, or within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive leader with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Ability to work on-site in Hangzhou, China.
