We are seeking an Electronics Manager with over 10 years of hardware development experience and at least 3 years of team management experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee all electronic research and development work, organize technical solution discussions, selection, certification requirements, feasibility assessments, risk assessments, cost control, relevant design reviews, team building and management, cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure project tasks are completed according to targets.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Based on the company's new product development requirements and goals, comprehensively manage electronic R&D work, organize technical discussions, system solutions, hardware selection, certification requirements, and product feasibility assessments.
• Responsible for compiling and outputting new product technical documentation, including but not limited to schematic circuit design, PCB layout, BOM, test requirements, etc.
• Develop project plans, product core milestones and important milestones, and identify product development risks based on project requirements.
• Responsible for formulating team work plans, work goals, task breakdown, and effective resource allocation.
• Review and approve all product technical documentation outputs, including but not limited to PCB and test files.
• Responsible for resolving EMI, EMC, ESD, and other issues during the product certification process to ensure products pass certification within a limited time.
• Assist other departments, such as production, with technical problem-solving.
• Build an electronic design team workflow and management standards, improve work procedures, reduce procedural loopholes, and rapidly and efficiently launch products, making hardware development more standardized and systematic.
• Fully responsible for team daily management, performance evaluation, and team building, as well as cultivating technical talent and providing regular training.
• Communicate with suppliers on technical matters.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications/Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as telecommunications engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, etc.
• 10+ years of hardware work experience, 3+ years of team management experience, and excellent team management skills.
• Proficient in product hardware definition and design, digital and analog circuits, familiar with various component performance and design, in-depth understanding of RF circuits, communication products, and other hardware; familiar with high-frequency and high-speed circuit design.
• Understand EMC and ESD design for electronic products; familiar with UL, FCC, CE rectification and certification.
• Strong project management and team management skills, as well as systematic thinking ability.
• Clear and agile thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to take charge.
• Good English communication capabilities

• Understand lighting technology development trends and apply new technologies to the company's new products.
• Familiar with new product development processes and related testing.
