We are seeking for an individual with a strong administrative, interpersonal and instructional leadership skills. Experience working within famous school will be considered as an asset. A demonstrated history of team building, enthusiasm and creativity is required.

The successful applicant must:
-Be fluent in English, native speaker preferrable
-Have previous administrative experience.
-Be under 65 years of age.
-The principal candidate must have capabilities to communicate, collaborate and work with the General Principal as well as the management team to facilitate the founding of the school.
-Must fully understand and fulfill the school strategy, business development needs as well as operational needs in the Chinese school's working
context.
-He or she must understand that the programme operation must be in line with the Chinese education authority and Chinese law's relevant requirements.
-Must have advanced and updated education and leadership philosophy.
-Passion for excellence.
