Contract Overview
Salary (probation): 20,000-22,000RMB for 1-2 months (net income)
Salary (after probation): 22,000-27,000RMB per month excluding bonuses and allowances (net income) depending on backgrounds
Vacation: first contract term(15 months): 15 paid holidays second contract term(12 months): 19 paid holidays + 5 unpaid vocation days

Length: at least 15 months for the first contract term

Teacher Requirements
Education: Must have Bachelor's in any area
Major: Education preferred but not required
Certifications: Teaching diploma or certificate of TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT
Experience (if any): Experience working with students ages 15 and under
