International Bilingual School in Chongming, Shanghai - ESL Teacher Position Available
Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a difference in the lives of students in China? Our international bilingual school, located in the beautiful island district of Chongming, Shanghai, is seeking an experienced and dynamic High School ESL Teacher to join our team.
Job Description:
• Teach English as a Second Language to students from Primary to High School levels.
• Manage a class size of approximately 25 students.
• Contribute to creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
Job Requirements:
• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (History, Science, Education, Linguistics, etc.) preferred.
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.
• No criminal record.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in China preferred.
Weekly Working Time:
• 4.5 working days: Monday through Friday morning.
• 2.5 days off: Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday.
• 20 classes per week.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including office hours.

• Competitive salary of 28K-32K RMB per month before tax, with half pay during winter and summer holidays.
