Basic Info :
1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student Age: 1,5-3;3-4;4-6 years old;
3.Reports to: Campus director;

Job Description:
1.Applies Multiple Intelligences theory in classroom practice;
2.Oversees and participates in the designing, creating, and assessing of innovative activities and enhancing our existing curriculum;
3.Creates and maintains a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children;
4.Updates parents about their child’s experience at school in writing and in person;
5.Contributes to the overall success of the school, including participates in at least one after school activity and other marketing events;
6.Oversees and maintains the observation, assessment and recording of the students’ growth and development throughout the entire school year;
7.Provides and maintains measures that will ensure child safety and welfare during school hours;
8.Assists with non-teaching duties such as lunch and rest duties;
9.Attends staff operational and professional development meetings;
10.Ensures classroom supplies and equipment are kept at appropriate operational levels, in good order, and are utilized effectively;

Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above (early childhood education and preschool education related majors is preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;

Salary and Benefits :
1.Salary range from 26,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
