1. Develop and execute daily content operations and strategies for overseas social media platforms based on brand market strategies, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes account management, comment moderation, content planning, and execution.
2. Plan social media campaigns and related content aligned with the global product release schedule.
3. Monitor social media performance data, providing analytics and optimizing content to maximize reach and enhance user engagement.
4. Establish strategies for brand and product promotion, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement across various international social platforms.
5. Utilize content strategy to create viral campaigns on social media, generating buzz and visibility.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and social media practices to maintain the brand's competitive advantage.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in social media influencer management, with proven expertise in user growth in North American and European markets.
2. Hands-on experience managing social media influencer marketing strategies for an international product, with a track record of converting over a million users and creating viral campaigns.
3. English proficiency (C1/C2)
4. Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness.
5. Strong critical thinking skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. She/he must already be in China
