Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 7:50-17:30;
2.Student Age: 2 to 6 years old;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (relevant major preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 20,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month (based on experience and qualifications);
2.Housing allowance 5,000 RMB per month, paid by providing Fapiao;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Commercial Accidental Insurance/Social Insurance provided;
5.Free meals or food allowance;
6.Flight reimbursement 5,000 RMB per year;
7.Airport pick up service on arrival;
8.Contract Renewal Bonus: 20,000 RMB for renewing a two-year contract after the initial two-year contract;

- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 50% paid 3-4 weeks Summer vacation;
- 50% paid 3-4 weeks Winter vacation.
