As a Biology teacher, you build upon this strong foundation, teaching topics such as the scientific process, cells, microbiology, heredity, plant and animal physiology and function, classification, and ecology. You incorporate student-guided lab experiences to further enhance student understanding.

You will also:
• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory
• Guide students in pursuing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect
• Pursue continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and staying informed on the latest educational techniques and best practices in your field
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school community

What We Are Looking For:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject or related field
o Master’s or higher is preferred
• A minimum of two years teaching experience as the lead teacher in a classroom
• An eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues
• High academic standards

Salary and Benefits
Annually 380-480k
Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on education and experience.
