Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday around 40 hours per week;
2.Student Age: Primary students, Grades 4-6;
3.Class Size: Around 20 students per class;
4.Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen;

Job Description

1.Plan and deliver engaging lessons to ESL students;
2.Use technology and courseware to teach Art efficiently and effectively;
3.Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement;
4.Take an active part in the International team for professional development and peer support;
5.Participate in activities with students organized by the school;
6.Maintain regular office hours, adhere to school policy;

Requirements

1.Fluent English speaker;
2.Bachelor’s Degree or above;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Two years of teaching experience in related fields preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range 27,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Commercial insurance provided;
5.Flight reimbursement 10,000 RMB per year available;
6.Festival allowance 8,500 RMB available annually;
7.School year bonus: 6,000 – 10,000 RMB available;
8.Holidays:
- Full paid Chinese public holidays
- Full paid 5-6 weeks summer vacation
- Full paid 2-3 weeks winter vacation
