Responsibilities and Duties:
- daily lesson planning and delivering lessons (up to 20 forty-minute lessons per week)
- marking assignments (and giving feedback to students) and putting scores and comments on
Managebac
- creating and marking tests (and giving feedback to students)
- regular interactions with other teachers, especially with teachers who teach the same courses
- occasional administrative paperwork and data entry (especially during monthly tests and exams)
- occasionally grading entrance exams
- taking part in clubs and extra-curricular activities during school hours

Qualifications, desired skills and attributes
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a related degree (English literature, English, philosophy, creative writing)
- genuine passion for reading and analysing both non-fiction and literature; genuine passion for the Humanities and the mission of the Humanities
- native English speaker
- attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- a positive, willing to learn and improve attitude
- a team player who actively communicates, and actively contributes where possible
