Content Operations Specialist for Jeju Island Travel (Xiaohongshu/Douyin Focus) – Chinese Nationals Only

Prior travel experience in Jeju Island with self-produced travel guides/vlogs.

Monetization Skills:

Experience in converting DMs→WeChat sales (e.g., travel product promotions).

Familiar with "DM→Mini-Program purchase" conversion funnels.

Core Traits:

Creative & Trend-Savvy: Ability to produce viral-worthy content (memes, challenges, trends).

Results-Driven: Motivated by performance-based bonuses (high earnings potential).

Responsibilities:
Account Growth:

Manage a Jeju Island travel-dedicated account (goal: targeted followers + high engagement).

Develop viral content (e.g., hidden spots, café tours) with team support for filming/editing.

Monetization:

Seamlessly integrate CTA prompts (e.g., "DM for itinerary").

Close sales via WeChat + Mini-Program transactions (travel products/services).

Compensation:
Base Salary: 10M KRW/year + High-performance bonuses (tied to conversions).
