Ÿ Provide direction, inspiration, and guidance to all staff including staff development, performance management, and deployment, while inspiring an atmosphere of international mindedness, caring, sharing, and outstanding professionalism

Ÿ Focus on developing high-performing teaching and learning community

Ÿ take lead responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and adjustment of the IB curriculum and assessment for all grades.
