Location: Dongguan, Guangdong
Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 RMB per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher with a passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be able to create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment for young learners in a multicultural setting.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Support the overall well-being and growth of each child.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
