Job Description
• Create, review, and update technical packs (tech packs), including measurements, construction details, and specifications
• Analyze design sketches and convert them into workable production instructions
• Develop and approve samples, including proto, fit, and pre-production samples
• Conduct garment fittings and provide technical feedback on fit, construction, and finishing
• Work closely with pattern makers, sample room, and production teams
• Ensure all garments meet quality standards and client requirements
• Identify and resolve technical and production issues in a timely manner
• Monitor bulk production to ensure consistency with approved samples
• Liaise with merchandising and quality control teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of specifications, revisions, and approvals

Skills &experience
1. Must be able to speak Chinese,
2.>10 years experience in garment technology, familiar with the entire process of woven and denim garments, familiar with pattern and sample approval,
3. Strong knowledge of fabric properties, garment sewing techniques, and washing processes, capable of independently handling technical issues,
4.Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent professional ethics, communication skills, and team collaboration abilities.
