Job Description

Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above (Master’s degree or above preferred);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Two years of previous teaching experience in subject preferred;
Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Base salary 32,000 to 38,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
Housing included in the package;
Work visa provided;
Medical insurance provided;
Free lunch provided during workdays;
Flight reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
Semester bonus: 6,000 RMB – 10,000 RMB available;
Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- Paid 2 weeks Winter holiday
- Paid 6-7 weeks Summer holiday
- Paid 5 days Christmas holiday in the last week of December
