Nanshan District Shenzhen, kindergarten homeroom teacher position is availabe, starting in August.
English native speaker. Female teacher ony, Students are 2.5-4 years old. have kindergarten homeroom experience
salary+ house allowance totally 25-33k before tax.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning lessons and activities to Primary students that have different level English skills. The will be expected to motivate and encourage students through a creative teaching approach .
To be a successful Homeroom teacher, you should be able to create an environment that is conducive to learning, as well as to encourage students to interact with each other to improve their English and learning skills.
 Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment.
 Display good classroom management.
 Keep accurate records on student performance.
 Provide regular feedback to pupils and parents.
 Communicate with the Leaders or Principals, as needed.
 Be able to manage or work together with other teaching staff.
 Get involved with the House culture of the school
