Job Responsibilities:
1、Closely work with dealers & clients to response all requests of price, order and after-sale service etc. and maintain a best relationship with dealer. and follow up on customer queries/problems of goods
2、Responsible for monitoring the whole progress of dealers & project orders and close order accordingly.All new materials follow up, including supplier communication and internal coordination.
3、To prepare detailed lists and pictures on all accept or send out goods .Finished the job on time with good quality, like set up customer, model, order and so on
4、Quotation and price management between dealers and oversea brand to drive a smart and efficiency sales support.
5、Warranty project follow up, solve the customer quality issue with our Sales department
6、To manage customer expectation to handle customer complaints & collect information regarding customer needs to reach maximum customer satisfaction.
7、Work with BM to provide training courses to dealers & business partners mainly focus on brand history, design concept, raw material and single pieces. The standard working process should be included as well.
8、To optimize working procedure for CSM and ensure them be executed properly.
9、Take initiative to improve the process and make changes according to requirements by management as well as customer request.
10、Follow up for invoice and collection handle
11、Collect sales statistics of key accounts, for sales status analysis and give input to Sales Manager on customers and competitive trends.
12、Other assignments by superior
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, strong English reading and writing skills, and strong Chinese reading and writing skills;
2. Proficient in operating Office software.
3. Have a strong interest in brand customer service and sales work;
4. Gentle personality, diligent and eager to learn, flexible, meticulous, serious, patient, responsible, with good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
5. Those with relevant customer service 1-2 years experience in imported furniture will be given priority.
6.Candidates must already be in China; otherwise, please do not apply for this position.
