Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Music Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Music and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment for our students. This role entails delivering engaging Music lessons to Middle school students, cultivating their love for the subject, and enhancing their literacy skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Music lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines.
Develop lesson plans that accommodate a range of abilities and differentiate instruction as necessary.
Utilize creative teaching methods to captivate students' interest and enhance their understanding of Music.


Student Assessment and Reporting:

Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to gauge students' progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and establish targets for improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on student progress to parents and school management.


Classroom Management:

Cultivate a positive, stimulating, and secure learning environment conducive to Music education.
Effectively manage classroom behavior in accordance with school discipline policies.
Implement various strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom culture, promoting student engagement and participation.
