Job tittle: Head of Boarding/Director of Boarding Management Center

Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall planning and daily operations of the school’s Boarding Management Center, reporting directly to the principal in charge.
2. Develop strategic plans for resource and budget management, team building, crisis management, and emergency response in alignment with the school’s mission.
3. Collaborate with the Academic Center, College Counseling & Holistic Development Center, and Logistics Support Center to establish a "Whole-Person Education" support system.
4. Engage with parents and the community to showcase boarding achievements and collect feedback. Provide promotional materials on student dormitories to the Admissions & Brand Development Center.

II. Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time), preferably in Education or Psychology.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in international boarding schools.
3. Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with composure under pressure.
4. Other: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle stress.
