Teaching Responsibilities:

• Incorporate English into daily kindergarten routines to create an immersive language - learning environment.

• Develop and implement age - appropriate teaching plans and curricula in line with the kindergarten's educational goals.

• Student Interaction:

• Interact with children in a friendly, patient, and caring manner, encouraging their active participation in class and extracurricular activities.

• Observe and assess children's language development progress regularly, providing feedback to parents and kindergarten management.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with Chinese teaching staff to coordinate teaching activities and share educational resources.

• Participate in kindergarten - organized meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
