Secondary School IB Principal needed in Xi'an
Starting time: Aug of 2026;
Interview time: Aug of 2025;

Requirements:
1. Master's degree in educational leadership or curriculum;
2. Internationally recognized teaching qualification;
3. At least two years leadership experience in a secondary school;
4. Understanding of the philosophy of the IBMYP and IBDP;
5. Record of effective leadership and management;
6. Commitment to restorative practices to educate students bahavior;
7. Understanding of working in an EAL environment and an ability to lead different tiation of instruction.
8. Commitment to child protection

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the school in the continuous improvement of the IB programs.
2. Worl closely with the coordinators and staff to enhance effective professional relationships;
3. Develop and articulate a shared vision and strategic development plan for the school curriculum;
4. Promote and display high standards and expectations.
5. Work alongside the coordinators to improve learning and teaching;
6. The secondary principal should deal with servere or consistent behavior issues.
