Job Responsibilities:
1.Core Components and System Design: Participate in the design, calculation, simulation, and optimization of comprehensive mining equipment (such as hydraulic supports, shearers, and scraper conveyors) or their core subsystems (such as electro-hydraulic control systems, and hydraulic systems).
2.Explore and apply advanced technologies such as industrial IoT, AI, and digital twins to develop smart functions like intelligent mining, remote control, and fault diagnosis.
3.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with process, production, quality, and after-sales service teams to ensure the manufacturability of design solutions and track and address technical issues during product trial production and market feedback.
4.Technology Tracking and Innovation: Stay updated on advanced technologies and development trends in the coal machinery industry domestically and internationally, and participate in the preliminary research and application innovation of new technologies, processes, and materials.
5.Technical Documentation Standardization: Prepare and maintain documentation for the entire R&D process, including design drawings (2D/3D), simulation reports, BOM lists, technical agreements, user manuals, etc., ensuring compliance with industry standards and the company’s quality management system.
6.Complete other work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1.Master's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2.Proficient in mechanical design, mechanical drafting, material mechanics, hydraulic transmission, and other professional knowledge. Skilled in using 2D/3D drafting software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
3.Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, teamwork spirit, innovation and improvement capabilities, and a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and initiative.
4.Proficient in using office and engineering software; willing to undertake business trips as required.
5.Good physical health, strong moral character, and professional ethics, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
6.Good adaptability to cross-cultural work settings; able to use Chinese for daily communication, proficiency in English is required, strong adaptability, can adapt to cross-cultural work scenes.
7.Strong executive ability, innovative consciousness and the ability to work under pressure, good at promoting the efficient implementation of work, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment and continuously optimize the work efficiency.
