The primary responsibilities of the Vice Principal of Academics will include:
- Overseeing the academic direction and integrity of the school
- Managing a large team of teachers and ensuring high academic standards
- Conducting classroom observations and providing constructive feedback to teachers
- Evaluating teacher performance and facilitating professional development
- Assessing and enhancing the teaching system and curriculum quality
- Ensuring alignment with international educational standards, particularly the A-level curriculum

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Teaching license;
- At least 8 years of international/Bilingual school working experience
- A Level curriculum background and rich big team management experience is highly preferred
