Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based Physical Education lessons that cater to a diverse student body.

Teach fundamental movement skills, sports strategies, and health-related fitness concepts.

Serve as the Head Coach for the school's volleyball program, including conducting regular team practices and leading the team in inter-school competitions and tournaments.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their physical development.

Promote values of sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and fair play.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE classes and athletic events.

Manage sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.

Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a directly related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching Physical Education at a middle school or high school level. Previous experience coaching volleyball is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and team strategies.

Personal Attributes: Energetic, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. MA collaborative team player and have a genuine passion for working with young adolescents.

First-Aid and CPR certification.
