Location: Chegongmiao, Futian District, Shenzhen (3-min walk from Metro Station)

About Us: Readingtown is a premier English academy located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Futian District. We provide a structured and academic learning environment for Kindergarten to Elementary students. Unlike typical "edutainment" centers, we focus on genuine English literacy and language acquisition using a curriculum based on English books.

Prime Location: We are located just a 3-minute walk from Chegongmiao Metro Station, one of Shenzhen's most convenient transport hubs with great access to food and housing.

Supportive Environment: Every class is supported by a bilingual Chinese Teaching Assistant. Lesson planning and scheduling are managed by the academy, allowing you to focus on teaching.

Small Class Sizes: Maximum of 10 students per class for effective teaching.

Job Details:

Student Age: Kindergarten to Elementary.

Teaching Focus: Academic English instruction (Reading/Writing/Speaking) utilizing English storybooks.

Work Schedule (Flexible): Choose between a 5-day or 6-day work week.

Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Late start!)

Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM

Salary: 20,000 – 28,000 RMB / month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Requirements:

Native English Speaker (Required for visa and curriculum purposes).

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (or equivalent teaching license).

Passion for teaching and a professional attitude towards education.
