Working Hours
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:50 PM

Requirements
• Recognized teaching license (PGCE/QTS/State license or equivalent) OR a Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in athletic leadership, preferably within Shanghai or a similar competitive educational environment
• Native or fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities & Expertise
The school is seeking a dynamic leader to elevate the school's athletic profile and student development. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven experience guiding student-athletes through sports scholarship and university admissions processes, with a specific focus on U.S. college pathways preferred
• A demonstrated track record of enhancing competitive sports performance at the school level, with the ability to build strong, contending teams
• In-depth knowledge and experience within Shanghai’s interscholastic sports leagues and competitions
• Substantial management experience in an athletic directorship or senior coaching role, demonstrating skills in:
◦ Program development and strategic planning
◦ Budget and facility management
◦ Exceptional communication and coordination across departments, with parents, coaches, and external sports organizations
• Personal athletic achievement or a high-level sports background is a significant advantage
